14-day money-back guarantee

If PrimeCited isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

After 14 days

• Monthly plans: you can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for; we don't refund partial months.
• Annual plans: after the first 14 days, we don't refund the remaining months, but you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.

Usage-based costs

Refunds cover your subscription fee. Credit packs are refunded only if none of their credits have been used. We may decline refunds for accounts that used the service heavily in the refund window (for example, using most of a plan's monthly credits) or that broke our terms.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
