Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of PrimeCited (the "service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Plan limits (sites, monthly credits, tracked keywords) and what each action costs in credits are listed on the pricing page. Monthly credits don't roll over; bought credit packs don't expire.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your content
You own the content you create and the sites we build for you. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You're responsible for what you publish: it must be lawful, must not infringe anyone's rights, and must not mislead visitors. Sample testimonials generated by the service are placeholders — replace them with real reviews before relying on them.
Shops
If you sell through a site we host, you sell as yourself: payments go to your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms, and you're responsible for your products, prices, taxes, delivery, refunds and disputes. We keep the platform fee for your plan from each sale.
AI-generated content
The service uses AI to draft copy and articles. AI output can be wrong. Review content before you publish it, especially facts, prices, medical, legal or financial information.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to publish spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, or content that impersonates others; to attack or overload systems; or to resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party services
Search data, AI answers and payments come from third parties (including DataForSEO, AI model providers and Stripe). We're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
No guarantee of rankings
We can't guarantee search rankings, traffic, or citations by AI engines. Those depend on factors outside our control.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms. You can export your articles before your account closes.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll give you notice of material changes before they take effect.
