A search page lists ten results and a map. An AI answer recommends three or four businesses and moves on. If you're not one of them, the customer never sees you.
What decides it is mostly outside your own website: your listings on maps and review sites, what local articles and forums say, and whether your site gives the AI clear facts to quote. The report shows which of these the AI used for your questions.

For local businesses AI assistants lean on maps, review sites and directories, local articles and forums as much as on your own website. The full report shows which of those sites they relied on for your questions, so you know where to be listed and what is missing.
Will I get the same result next time?
